Cat Parks is a successful horsewoman, businesswoman, and an influential figure in Texas grassroots politics. As owner of The Trinity Ranch, Cat oversees multi-million dollar equine operations in Texas & New Mexico. A former University Coach, Cat has taught hundreds of youth, amateur, & open riders from beginner to professional level across the US. Her students have won national titles in multiple disciplines, been awarded collegiate scholarships, & through her mentorship, many have advanced to their own successful professional careers. Cat cares deeply about preserving western culture, cowboy ethics, and protecting Texas' most precious resource: water. Appointed by Governor Greg Abbott, Cat serves as a Director of the Brazos River Authority, which manages development and conservation of one of Texas' largest river basins.

Cat's political involvement began through her appointment as Country Chair. From there, she was hand-selected to lead statewide candidate recruitment from Congressional through Constable Level in which she created a Task Force training more than 2,500 candidates and activists. For her work, she was named the Steve Munisteri Award Recipient, for being the grassroots activist who made the greatest impact on Texas. From 2020 to 2022, Cat served as Vice Chair of the Republican Party of Texas, where her focus honed in on strengthening conservative presence and election wins in South Texas through creating strategic partnerships with volunteers, elected officials, and organizations. During the 2023-2024 electoral cycle, Cat led a $5 million donor initiative, contributing to historic electoral wins where a record 55% of Hispanics voted Republican, surpassing the previous record from 2004 by 11 points. For the 2025-2026, Cat is leading the organization of 30+ candidate schools and Get Out The Vote trainings in which thousands of Texas conservatives are being trained.

A passionate advocate for youth development and equestrian sports, Cat is proud of her 16-year-old son, Pierce, an honors student who is both a multiple World Champion Equestrian and an avid outdoorsman.
